Customer Service Exists?

I was thinking about responding to customers the other day. Not personally – I like to think that I have a great background of always being responsive. But companies today often make a big deal out of being very responsive to customer complaints and praises. In fact, it seems that these days, you can’t just hear your customer’s opinions – you have to do something about it.
Companies all over the world have mastered this, from fast food enterprises to car lots. After all, it only makes sense that in this day and age, companies would pay rapt attention to the feedback of people who could easily go somewhere else. In fact, it’s a rare enterprise that thinks itself so beyond reproach, so invincible, that they pay no attention to their customers.
Yet that’s exactly what we see from timeshares.
The outcry over timeshare customer service has just gotten louder and louder in the past few years. Customers have been lied to, cheated, stolen from, and argued with. In many cases, potential customers have been held against their will, threatened, intimidated, and berated – and that’s just in the sales pitch. Timeshare customer service is a joke.
Yet somehow, the behemoth timeshare organizations have sat back and not even bothered to respond. In fact, far from not taking action to guarantee their customer’s rights are protected, they haven’t even acknowledged there’s a problem. Timeshare companies are still going on like everything is fine when their customers are fleeing by the thousands.
If you ask most timeshare salesmen, they’ll say that the happy customers far outweigh the dissatisfied customers. I think the truth is that the dissatisfied customers simply haven’t found a way to get through to the timeshare companies – like hitting them where it hurts, their wallet.
In truth, until timeshare companies feel the pain their customers feel, they’ll never change. Until they understand what it’s like for their budget to suddenly be destroyed, to be intimidated by debt collectors and angry salesmen, to be taken to the cleaners for something that gives no profit, they’ll never be different, which means a mounting number of angry customers on the horizon.
Fortunately, Direct Transfers is here to fill in the gap. While timeshare companies refuse to acknowledge the issue, Direct Transfers has found as solution; getting out of your timeshare. When you call us, we don’t relist it, we don’t make you wait – we simply transfer your timeshare, get it off your hands, and wave goodbye as you take off on a real vacation.
