Q: I still have points/weeks in my exchange program. What will happen to them during the title transfer?
A: Any points or weeks you have already banked prior to meeting with us will not be affected during the closing/transfer.
Q: I have a confirmed reservation at my resort. Will I still be able to use it during the process?
A: Yes. Existing reservations are not affected by the transfer process. Direct Transfers ensures careful communication with your resort and the closing company so your planned vacation never gets spoiled.
Q: Is it true that timeshares get passed on to heirs?
A: Many timeshare contracts dictate that heirs and successors will inherit the timeshare, assuming the financial obligations of the person who bequeathed it.
