At Direct Transfers your Timeshare title is in safe hands. As soon as we receive your paperwork we use strict criteria which allows us to provide a smooth and accurate transfer of your property. To ensure an optimal transfer of your property in the shortest possible time frame, our account managers will contact you to clarify any issues that the closing agents may encounter during their work. This comprehensive quality control procedure means that your transfer will not only be handled in a timely manner, but also completed to the highest possible standards.

We Work Hard So You Don’t Have To

  • Estoppel Notification
    An estoppel notice is forwarded to the resort to verify the unit and identify any unpaid fees or dues that could obstruct or delay transfer of the property title.
  • Research Property
    A comprehensive property assessment is conducted to ascertain a clear and transferable title.
  • Document and Deed Preparation
    We prepare the necessary deed and membership documents to complete the transfer of title and/or transfer of membership with the resort.
  • Appropriate Documents to both Buyer and Seller
    Each party is provided with the appropriate documents, be that a deed or membership transfer form and copies of contracts for reference purposes.
  • Courthouse Recording
    Recording the appropriate legal documents, filing of state and county tax forms and payment of real estate property transfer tax if applicable. All filing and recording is completed within the state agencies affiliated with such capacities as determined by state or county.
  • Resort Transfer
    Monitoring and communicating with the resort and all applicable management companies to insure the complete transfer.
