The timeshares are trouble enough which is why we’re here to help you with the process of getting rid of it. If something hasn’t gone your way during the procedure or if you’ve got some questions that haven’t been answered to your liking let us know. We have a team standing by ready to assist and answer any and all questions you may have.

We also understand there are exceptions to the rule – once in a while customers might be unhappy with a service or an experience with someone in our organization. For those instances, we invite members to fill out our Direct Transfers Complaints Resolution Form. Our customer care staff takes these very seriously, and you can be sure we’ll work to do whatever is needed so that you are satisfied.
